 How to Use Our DIAMOND REAMERS  

                         Our DIAMOND REAMERS are very easy to use.

                      You Will Not Need Skilled Workers to Handle Them.

1. Set work pieces with well-prepared rough holes on your machines, such as 

    Machining Centers, Drilling Machinesand so on.

2. Set the DIAMOND REAMER with TAKEZAWA's FLOATING HOLDER 

     (or with other holder) on your machines.

3. Set the Operating(circumferential)Speed : 30 - 70m/min,

     and the Feeding Speed : 0.1 - 0.3mm/rev.

4. Make the REAMER take One Round Trip(Single Pass) through the work piece.
